The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Wednesday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Courtney Hicks Cole, 27, of 2424 Warrenton Road, Guntersville, public intoxication

• Joshua Michael Getzinger, 44, of 116 High Bluff Drive, Gurley, third-degree burglary

• Steven Eugene Hacker, 25, of 30597 Lester Road, Athens, failure to have proof of liability insurance

• Gregory Hobbs, 27, of 20064 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, five counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card

•Sonny Lee Lawson, 46, of 507 Whitmore Drive, Birmingham, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Smokie Allen Magoon, 37, of 19808 Alabama 127, Athens, failing to pay child support

• Patrick Ryan Malone, 30, of 21981 Malone Estates, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

• David Roy Mitchell, 29, of 25211 Hays Mill Road, Elkmont, first-degree criminal mischief and two counts of third-degree burglary

• Joe Wade Williams, 43, of 23366 Elkton Road, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts and incidents Wednesday:

• ATHENS — Stihl weed trimmer and chain saw, total value $640, stolen between March 21 and 27 in 12000 block U.S. 72

• ATHENS — Flat-screen TV, value $175, and Longaberger basket, no value given, stolen between March 27 and 28 in 21000 block Harris Road

• ELKMONT — LG television and recliner, total value $1,395, stolen between Oct. 1, 2016, and March 28 on JD Adams Drive

• ELKMONT — Cub Cadet garden tiller, value $500, stolen March 28 in 29000 block Upper Elkton Road

• MADISON — Unauthorized use of 1997 gray Jeep Grand Cherokee, no value given, between March 27 and 28 in 10000 Segers Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported no new arrests Wednesday.

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Wednesday:

• Criminal mischief to Motorola G4 cellphone, value $180, on March 28 in 1600 block Fifth Avenue

• Two books of checks, value $31.66, stolen between March 24 and 27 in 18000 block Arrowhead Circle

• Various items, total value $463.07, stolen March 26 at Wal-Mart

• $690 stolen in theft by deception between March 26 and 29 in 17000 block Antlers Pass
