County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Tuesday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Rex Daniel Carter, 30, of 13443 L&M Acres Drive, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Logan A. Garrison, 30, of 26344 Salem Minor Hill Road, Lester, five counts negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Luis Alfredo Lopez, 34, of 11567 Stewart Road, Tanner, third-degree burglary

• Amanda Beth Montgomery, 36, of 20698 Old Elkmont Road, Athens, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Jaythan Kennell Thatch, 22, of 7063 School House Drive, Belle Mina, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts and incidents Tuesday:

• ATHENS — Medications of unknown value and Covergirl makeup valued at $20 stolen during burglary March 27 in 16000 block Oneal Road

• ATHENS — 2001 Jeep Cherokee in 18000 block Oakdale Road used without authorization between March 26 and 27

• ATHENS — Porter-Cable cordless drill, Hitachi sander and Bose sound bar, total $300, stolen March 26 or 27 from 21000 block Myrtlewood Drive

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Timothy John Heinen, 29, of 16928 Carter Circle, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia

• Quincy Finlando Batts, 45, of 707 Plato Jones St., Athens, harassment and fourth-degree theft of property

• Daryl Dela Cruz Guillermo, 27, of 210 Cloverleaf Drive, Apt. 2, Athens, fugitive from justice

• Marcus Dylan Powers, 22, of 1613 Fifth Ave., Athens, third-degree criminal mischief

• Sharon Johnson Stephenson, 69, of 20508 Edgewood Road, Athens, harassment

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported no thefts Tuesday.
