• Lee Ann Bailey, 47, of 22600 Pine Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Joseph Michael Coffman, 26, of 9989 Snake Road, Athens, possession of brass knuckles

• Dhalquistiere Delamere Eichelberger, 26, of 24743 Makani Lane, Madison, public intoxication, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and destruction of property by a prisoner

• ATHENS — Echo brand leaf blower, value $359, stolen between March 20 and 24, 20000 block Elkton Road

• ATHENS — Three donkeys, no value given, stolen March 24, 22000 block Yarbrough Road

• ATHENS — Stihl chainsaw, Craftsman circular saw, Toro push mower, Ozark Trail gas stove, come-a-long, rope and carabiner, tackle box, Calloway irons, Taylor Made driver, brown golf bag, red and black golf bag, Dunlop irons, Calloway driver, total value $2,070, stolen between March 23 and 24, 19000 block Easterferry Road

• ATHENS — H&R 20-gauge shotgun, value $120, stolen between March 25 and 26, 14000 block Chris Way

• ELKMONT — Water meter, no value given, stolen March 23, 25000 block Easterferry Road

• HARVEST — Tool box, Pittsburg air wrench and ratchet, Craftsman circular saw, Craftsman grinder, tow strap, 1,000 bullets and four C-clamps, no value given, stolen between March 23 and 25, 30000 block Daniel Drive

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Tiffany Nicole Carter, 22, of 695 Cambridge Drive, Madison, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Betty Marie Fowler, 57, of 1310 12th St., Athens, probation violation on a previous charge of third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree theft of property

• Valentino Houston, 56, of 705 Brownsferry Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

• Gayla Michelle Kyle, 42, of 22344 Yarbrough Road, Athens, two counts of fourth-degree theft

• Randall Cortez Timmons, 36, of 1700 Bellview Drive, Athens, two counts of attempt to elude by any means, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), resisting arrest and second-degree criminal mischief

• Bryan James Parker, 21, of 1707 Lucas St., Athens, second-degree receiving stolen property

• Two 100-foot cables, valued at $110, stolen March 24, 1000 block U.S. 72

• License plate valued at $5 stolen between March 24 and 25, 1400 block E. Elm Street

• Husqvarna weed eater and Husqvarna blower, total value $700, stolen March 25, 200 block Sanderfer Road West

• $500 in damage to the front passenger seat of a Volkswagen Passat reported March 26 on U.S. 31 North

• Apple iPhone 6 valued at $600 stolen March 26 from the 1300 block of Browns Ferry Street

• $15 in gasoline stolen from a vehicle between March 25 and 26, 500 block Third Avenue
