The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Friday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:
• Brandon Margarito Beltran, 21, of 1211 Eighth Ave. SE, Decatur, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
• Sara Morgan Berry, 33, of 2412 Bell Town Road, Huntsville, bond revocation for three counts aggravated child abuse and two counts endangering the welfare of a child
• Jason Derrick Brooks, 40, of 27551 Tim Wagnon Lane, Athens, driving under the influence (alcohol)
• Christopher Michael Brown, 35, of 2254 Wilhite Road, Falkville, driving while license suspended
• Cody Edward Dempsey, 23, of 318 Earnhardt Drive, Hazel Green, public intoxication
• Jason Walter Gordon, 37, of 14064 Deb Drive, Athens, public intoxication
• Kevin Jamielle Hankins, 32, of 1410 Seventh Ave., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (third or subsequent conviction)
• Kristopher Marvin Hembree, 39, of 17306 Holland Heights, Athens, DUI
• Jeremiah Justin Medder, 35, of 160 Taylor Circle, Somerville, third-degree theft and fourth-degree theft
• Ralph Eddie Miller, 39, of 16452 Fort Hampton Road, Elkmont, two counts third-degree burglary
• Amanda Beth Montgomery, 36, of 20698 Old Elkmont Road, Athens, third-degree burglary and resisting arrest
• Lesley Ann Neely, 41, of 12272 Sommers Road, Athens, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Teresa Diane Tidwell, 54, of 19725 Cox Road, Athens, third-degree assault
• Isaac Townsend, 23, of 2110 Wimberly Road, Huntsville, driving while license suspended, speeding and no seat belt
• Maggie Phillips Young, 57, of 19749 Cox Road, Athens, third-degree assault
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following theft Friday:
• ELKMONT — $421 stolen March 22 from 25000 block Evans Avenue

The Athens Police Department reported no new arrests Friday.

The Athens Police Department reported the following incident Friday:
• Blue alligator-skin wallet valued at $70 and containing $190 in cash, Redstone Federal Credit Union debit card and food stamp card lost March 23 in 1600 block U.S. 72 East
