The warrant was obtained by Investigator Jonathan Caldwell after the Police Department received a complaint about Terry using an account with Grantham’s Heavy Equipment for his personal use. The alleged incidents occurred between December 26, 2016, and Jan. 14.

Terry used a credit card six times at Auto Zone for auto parts worth $1,958. Terry does not work for Grantham’s, and the chief had no information about how he obtained the credit card.

Terry was booked at the Police Department and transferred to the Limestone County Jail, where he was released on bond.
