It's not Mayberry, but it's a safe bet Athens Mayor Ronnie Marks, left, and Limestone County Sheriff Mike Blakely will do their best to recreate the dynamic between Deputy Barney Fife and Sheriff Andy Taylor at the 25th annual Poke Sallet Follies. The variety show, which benefits senior citizens in Athens and Limestone County, kicks off at 7 p.m. tonight at the Athens Senior Center. Additional performances are set for 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets, which are $35, are available for the Thursday and Friday performances, and a few tickets remain for Saturday. Dinner by 306 Barbecue is also provided. To purchase a ticket, visit the senior center at 912 W. Pryor St. in Athens or call 256-232-0323.
