• Rhonda Ezette Byrd, 44, of 767, County Rd. 336, Danville, Negotiating a non-negotiable worthless instrument

• Nickolas Chance Culps, 18, of 20502 Cox Rd., Athens, second-degree theft

• Monica Hugh Jetta Gray, 35, of 17175 Ferry Rd., Athens, possession of a controlled substance

• Christopher Lee Groce, 27, of 27418 Main St., Ardmore, third-degree burglary

• April Rae Hobbs, 24, of 1324 County Lake Rd., New Market, third-degree burglary

• Kristie Elizabeth Johnson, 34, of 904 North Houston St., Athens, Public Intox

• Dustin Chad Montgomery, 35, of Slate Rd., Elkmont, Possession of a firearm by a violent felon, altering a firearm identification

• Chad Jeremy Oberle, 36, of 980 Hwy. 35, Fort Payne, Possession of a controlled substance

• Hunter Eugene Rose, 18, of 16957 Huntsville Brownsferry Rd., Athens, third-degree domestic assault

• Roderick Jacquez Bell, 27, of 1416 E. Moulton St., Decatur, Driving while license suspended
