Tuesday: Chopped steak with gravy, whipped potatoes, glazed carrots, fresh fruit, wheat bread, margarine, lemon pudding, milk

Wednesday: Vegetable plate: macaroni and cheese, black-eyed peas, collard greens, cornbread, margarine, sugar cookies (two each), blended juice, milk or buttermilk

Thursday: Sliced turkey with gravy, whipped sweet potatoes, okra and tomatoes, corn salad, wheat bread, margarine, chocolate cake, milk
