County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Friday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Kaine Joseph Chamberlin, 20, of 675 Liberty Hill Road, Minor Hill, Tennessee, possession of a controlled substance

• Francisco Morales Garcia, 21, of 1223 Freemont St., Decatur, speeding

• Adam Thomas Moore, 27, of 796 Glen Springs Road, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, first-degree criminal trespass

• John Smith, 29, of 13061 King Oak Drive, Splendora, Texas, first-degree theft

• Dana Angel Springer, 25, of 13774 Robinson Lane, Elkmont, two counts of possession of a controlled substance

• Clifford Edwards Williams, 41, of Birmingham, DUI (alcohol)

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Friday:

• ELKMONT — Assorted clothing, no value given, stolen Dec. 8 in 23600 block Easter Ferry Road

• ELKMONT — Miller 190 electric welder, value $1,000, stolen between Dec. 7 and 8 in 27500 block Leggtown Road

• ATHENS — Pressure washer, value $250, stolen between Oct. 15 and Dec. 8 in 19000 block Elkton Road

• ATHENS — Honda Foreman four-wheeler, value $5,300, stolen Dec. 6 in 21500 block Piney Chapel Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Randy John Heinen, 55, of 22022 Sharp Road, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia

• Ottis Leshawn Jordan, 29, of 12974 Snake Road, Clements, harassment

• Laderrick Lashun Thompson, 21, of 1124 Bessemer Road, Huntsville, second-degree possession of marijuana (arrest for Limestone County Sheriff’s Office)

• Roderick Rendell Woods, 41, of 702 Lucas St., Athens, arrest for U.S. Marshals Service

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Friday:

• LG K7 cellphone and cellphone case, total value $180, stolen Dec. 8 in 600 block South Clinton Street

• $150 money order stolen Dec. 8 in 1700 block South Jefferson Street

• Speaker, value $141, stolen Dec. 8 at Wal-Mart

• Vending door, value $10, and $100 cash stolen between Dec. 8 and 9 i 24900 block U.S. 72 East

• Criminal mischief to door frame, value $200, Dec. 8 in 400 block Woodridge Drive
