Construction biz owner offers reward for stolen trailer

Mike Adams of Adams Construction in Athens is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the return of a trailer containing construction equipment and tools as well as the arrest of the thieves, an official said Wednesday.
Limestone County sheriff’s investigators are investigating the theft of the trailer and equipment, which occurred sometime Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning on Snake Road, said Deputy Stephen Young, public information officer for the Sheriff’s Office.
The enclosed black cargo trailer is 10 feet long and bears Alabama license plate 44UTA427. It contained a compressor, saws, hammer drills, nail guns, heaters, ladder jacks, sledgehammers and other tools.
