County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Thursday. Some charges may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Reginald Lamara Beavers, 24, of 1101 Roberts St., Athens, DUI

• Joshua Anthony Gadbaw, 20, of 22 S. Jefferson St., Burnsville, Mississippi, second-degree theft

• Krystal Gail Miller, 36, of 21062 Harris Road, Elkmont, breaking and entering a vehicle

• Timothy Dale O’Keefe, 40, of old Scrouge Road, Ardmore, DUI

• Justin Case Ryan, 31, of 110 Thomas St., Athens, third-degree criminal trespass and public intoxication

• Tony Maurice Watkins, 53, of 16776 County Road 439, Hillsboro, driving while license suspended

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Thursday:

• ATHENS — Pioneer radio, battery and cord, total value $205, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between April 22 and June 22 in 19300 block Alabama 127

• ATHENS — Poulan 16-inch chain saw and DeWalt drill, total value $380, stolen between March 19 and April 14 in 7600 block Snake Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• James Thomas Noland, 51, of 22905 Ledges Drive, Athens, driving under the influence of a controlled substance

• Fannie Mae Poppell, 40, of 1101 U.S. 31 South, Room 222, Athens, coercion (harassment/intimidation)

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following theft Thursday:

• Two LED bulbs and a zip bag, total value $29, stolen June 22 at Wal-Mart
