• Mary Elizabeth Collins, 26, of 14691 Dirt Way, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

• Rylea Savanna Holt, 19, of 19759 Upper Fort Hampton Road, Elkmont, possession of drug paraphernalia

• Malcolm Nathaniel Peeples, 21, of 55 Hilliard St., Atlanta, attempting to commit a controlled substance crime

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Monday:

• ATHENS — Gasoline can, value $20, stolen between May 1 and 6 in 29800 block Upper Elkton Road

• ATHENS — Thirteen model cars, value $1,500, stolen between July 1, 2015, and May 6 in 19900 block Looney Road

• ELKMONT — Craftsman welder, Honda 80 dirt bike, winch, Frigidaire 25,000 BTU air conditioner and transmission jack, total value $3,959, stolen between May 2 and 5 in 27700 block Oak Grove Road

• ELKMONT — Gasoline flap, value $150, stolen between May 5 and 6 in 19100 block Cave Branch Road

• ATHENS — $200 stolen May 7 in 15900 block Dupree Drive

• LESTER — Lawn Boy push mower, two ladders and two broken speakers, total value $450, stolen between May 5 and 8 in 27900 block Easter Ferry Road

• Medicare card, medication, driver’s license, check, purses, handbags and wallets, assorted jewelry, two checkbooks, credit cards (American Express, Goody’s, Belk, Visa and Chase Visa, Blue Cross insurance card, keys to business and two car keys, total value $414, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle May 8 in 1700 block South Jefferson Street

• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, no value given, May 3 in 14700 block Cherokee Trace
