Katherine “Kay” Webster, 66, of Athens died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, at Huntsville Hospital.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at Spry Funeral Home’s chapel with Robert Hall and Guy McDaniel officiating. Burial will be in Bonner Town Cemetery.

Visitation is 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at Spry Funeral Home.

Mrs. Webster was born April 12, 1949, in Limestone County. She was a homemaker, and a member of O’Neal Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, John T. Webster of Athens; daughter, Melvia Webster of Athens; sisters, Billie Sue Bates of Athens, Helen Carter of Elkmont, Alice Ann Carter of Athens and Nancy Morris of Elkmont; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Daly, Junior Carter, Joe Dowd, David Dowd, John Carter and Chris Pressnell. Honorary pallbearers are Hugo Bates and Henry Carter.
