BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Police say two men carjacked a UAB student, leading to a chase.

When police officers arrived, two people inside a van refused to pull over, triggering a chase.

One of the suspects was arrested after fleeing the vehicle. The second remains at large.
