County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Richard Niles Frazier, 42, of 374 Stateline Road, Loretta, Tennessee, violated probation on previous conviction for unauthorized use of a vehicle

• Clifford Dewayne Kyle, 38, of 1503 Wheeler St., Lot 5, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for third-degree burglary

• Courtney Dane Rodgers, 23, of 28120 Mooresville Road, Elkmont, third-degree theft

• Jeremy Lee Rose, 35, of 534 Staunton Ave., Florence, first-degree theft deception and violated probation on previous conviction for third-degree assault

• Hunter Ellawishus Wilder, 22, of 25782 George Lane, Elkmont, grand jury indictment for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ELKMONT — Toshiba 32-inch TV, value $800, stolen between Aug. 8 and 10 in 15100 block Cannon Road

• TANNER — Digital camera, two machetes, two survey bags, tape measure and flash drive, total value $410, stolen between Aug. 8 and 10 in 12300 block U.S. 31

• ATHENS — Mongoose bicycle, value $175, stolen between Aug. 9 and 10 in 20500 block Tillman Mill Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the the following arrests Tuesday:

• Michael Blake Garner, 25, of 18414 Alabama 99, Lot 39, Elkmont, arrest for Rogersville

• Marcus Leo Kyle, 29, of 26452 Sixth St., Ardmore, attempting to commit a controlled substance crime

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following theft Tuesday:

• Door frame, two size 6 (child) shirts, size 12 (child) shirt and money, total value $310, burglarized between Aug. 10 and 11 in 900 block Strain Road East
