The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Monday:

• William Robert Payne, 33, of 108 Raptor Court, Huntsville, negotiating a worthless instrument

• Claud Richardson Wilbanks, 55, of 25939 Wooly Springs, Elkmont, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for resisting arrest

• Robert Whit Johnson, 30, of 610 Horton St., Athens, second-degree theft

• Christopher Deshawn King, 24, of 209 Dupunt St., Madison, Tennessee, second-degree receiving stolen property

• Jacqueline Denae Moore, 35, of 203 New Bristol Road, Madison, DUI and resisting arrest

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Monday:

• ATHENS — Battery charger valued at $100 stolen during burglary in 19100 Townsend Ford Road July 1 or 2

• ATHENS — Medication of undetermined value and $200 cash stolen July 2 or 3 from 22900 Holt Road

• ELKMONT — Emerson brand 32-inch television valued at $99 and 19-inch TV of undetermined value stolen during burglary in 28300 Copeland Road June 28 and July 2

• ATHENS — 10-speed bicycle valued at $50 stolen July 4 from 14600 block Section Line Road

• ATHENS — Bicycle seat valued at $30 stolen during burglary in 13200 block Hickory Hill Road between June 1 and July 7

• ATHENS — 2003 Ford Expedition value at $14,000 stolen July 4 or 5 from 17200 block Tucker Lane, Lot 4

• ATHENS — Honda brand Big Red three-wheeler and Craftsman brand lawnmower, total $400, stolen July 5 from 21200 block Flanagan Road

• ATHENS — Wind chimes valued at $100 stolen between June 27 and July 4 from Cairo Hollow Road, no block number

• ATHENS — Craftsman air compressor and pressure washer, total $700, stolen between June 29 and July 5 from 14900 block Elk River Mills Road

• ATHENS — Llama .45-caliber handgun valued at $800 stolen July 4 or 5 from 8900 Beechwood Road, Athens

• ATHENS — Three rods and reels and one bait caster, total $85, stolen July 4 or 5 from 13400 Hickory Hills Road

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Terri Lynn Berry, 43, of 3607 Winchester Road, Apt. 3, New Market, attempting to commit a controlled substance crime

• Deandre Lashawn Williams, 21, of 5178 Laurelwood Lane, Huntsville, third-degree criminal trespass

• Kasi Morgan Pitts Callahan, 23, of 1594 County Road 259, Town Creek second-degree theft of property

• William Flint Childers, 36, homeless, second-degree theft of property

• Roderick Jacquez Bell, 25, of 219 Eighth St. S.W., Apt. 1, Decatur, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Maurice Dante Rice, 36, of 10819 Mayberry Road, Tanner, driving under the influence, attempting to elude and 14 counts negotiating a worthless instrument

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:

• $25 cash stolen July 4 or 5 from 14200 block Mooresville Road, Lot 5

• $200 cash stolen July 5 from 700 block North Malone Street

• Central heat and air-conditioning unit sustained $575 in damage due to criminal mischief July 2 or 3 in 200 block Cloverleaf Drive

• iPhone 5-S valued at $319 stolen July 6 from McDonald’s restaurant at 1529 U.S. 72 East

• Window sustained $100 in damage due to criminal mischief July 3 in 500 block Elkton Street

• Miscellaneous items, total approximately $2,000, stolen in three separate thefts July 3 from Wal-Mart at 1011 U.S. 72 East

• $327 cash stolen July 1 from 1100 block West Market Street

• Unauthorized use of Toyota Camry July 5 in 14200 block Mooresville Road

• Tire sustained $200 damage due to criminal mischief July 4 in 700 block Westmoreland Avenue

• Window sustained $100 in damage due to criminal mischief July 4 in 100 block Ash Street
