• Anthony Michael Gonzalez, 32, of 15086 Cannon Road, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia

• Franklin Darby Hampton II, 56, of 28803 Capshaw Road, Harvest, violated probation on previous conviction for driving under the influence

• Sharon Michelle Hardy, 46, of 1006 Windham Drive, Huntsvile, surety rescinds bond on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance

• Nathan Gene Harville, 21, of 13295 New Cut Road, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for third-degree assault

The Athens Police Department reported no new arrests Friday.

The Athens Police Department reported no new thefts and incidents Friday.

Mitchell Warden Meighen was not formally charged with second-degree domestic violence, he was indicted instead with a third-degree domestic violence charge which was nolle prossed by Judge James Woodruff on Nov. 21, 2016. He received a no bill by a grand jury on May 12, 2016 for possession of a controlled substance, meaning he was not indicted for the charge.
