The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Sunday and Monday:

• Bobby Joe Allen, 39, of 13255 U.S. 72 West, Athens, resisting arrest and probation revoked on previous conviction for third-degree burglary

• Thomas Oliver Cayton, 48, of 4620 Starboard Lane, Orange Beach, violated probation on previous conviction for public intoxication

• Jon Eric Fleming, 48, of 1206 Fifth Ave., Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for driving under the influence

• Mary Alice Frank, 55, of 703 Horton St, Athens, two counts of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Bradley Dean Hasting, 34, of 21054 Mitchell Lane, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for first-degree theft

• Simon Peter McGuire, 41, of 28355 Monday Road, Lester, probation revoked on previous conviction for third-degree theft (Limestone County Community Corrections Program) and grand jury indictment for manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession/sell of a precursor

• Robert Adam Royster, 28, of 21111 Harris Loop, Elkmont, violated probation on previous conviction for second-degree theft

• Anthony Glenn Brown, 50, of 18767 McWilliams St., Elkmont, probation revoked on previous conviction for second-degree domestic violence

• Emma Melissa Simmons, 39, of 6610 Upper Snake Road, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia

• Patricia Ann White, 27, of 19978 Elkton Road, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for resisting arrest

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported no new thefts Monday.

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Laura Ashley Carroll, 24, of 19490 Alabama 99, Athens, arrest for Decatur Police Department

• Matthew Vincent Harrigan, 21, of 1216 Deborah Road, Huntsville, driving under the influence of controlled substances

• Jose Luis Martinez, 26, of 510 Elkton Road, Athens, driving under the influence

• Margaret Kay Miskelley, 23, of 3009 Kincade Way SE, Owens Cross Roads, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia

• Chad Allen Siniard, 36, of 1120 E. Pryor St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and probation revoked on previous conviction for driving under the influence

• Ashley Lanette Trower, 41, of 202 Maple St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (menacing)

• Shellie Terry Waldrep, 30, 0f 1528 County Road 358, Trinity, third-degree theft of property

• Terry John Waldron, 33, of 10307 Foothills Circle, Huntsville, driving under the influence of combined substances and first-degree possession of marijuana

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:

• Apple iPhone 5 model MD654LL4-a, value $500, possibly stolen Jan. 10 at Wal-Mart

• $35 cash stolen Jan. 10 in 1400 block Seventh Avenue

• Galaxy 3 cellphone, value $350, stolen between Jan. 3 and 4 at Wal-Mart

• $187 stolen between Jan. 9 and 11 in 700 block Norton Drive
