Jeff and Linda Lee Musolf of Athens announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenny Lee Musolf of Madison to Cody Southwood of Huntsville, son of David and Rita Southwood of Huntsville.

The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of West Limestone High School and a 2011 graduate of Samford University where she received a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is currently attending UAB’s nurse practitioner’s school where she is pursuing a master’s degree in nursing and plans to graduate in April 2015.  

The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Buckhorn High School.  He is employed by the city of Decatur as a police officer.

The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. Sept. 21 at Creekside Plantation in Mooresville.
