• Wayne Donald Daivs, 44, of 118 Ash St., Athens, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass

• Larry Dean Garrett Jr., 34, of 9648 Old Highway 431, Wedowee, possession of child pornography (arrest for another agency)

• Christopher Jason Hovis, 34, of 27888 Harvest Road, Toney, bond revoked on a previous charge of third-degree theft, bond revoked on two previous charges of third-degree domestic violence and resisting arrest

• Daniel Nathan Taylor, 29, of 18020 Sunflower Wat, Athens, driving under the influence

• David Glenn Boston, 36, of 9081 Mary Davis Hollow Road, Athens, DUI

• Daisy Tanya Espinoza, 23, of 707 2nd St., Athens, first-degree possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and distributing a controlled substance

• Amber Natahsa Green, 31, of 606 U.S. Highway 31, public intoxication and disorderly conduct

• Demetricus Timayo Grizzard, 35, probation revoked on a previous charge of DUI

• Willie Jones Jr., 42, of 26036 Apple Orchard, Huntsville, DUI

• Chelsea Grace Murphy, 19, of 16115 Hawk Ridge Road, Elkmont, second-degree possession of marijuana

• Amber Nicole Robertson, 21, of 13345 Hickory Hills Road, Athens, giving a false name
