The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Perry Burns Cox, 41, of 140 County Road 144, Killen, theft deception (New Jersey)

• Jennifer Lynn Griggs, 29, of 19349 Lydia Corey Road, Athens, surety rescinds bond on previous charges of first-degree possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and chemical endangerment of a child

• Courtney Terrell Johnson, 37, of 108 Ash. St., Athens, failing to pay child support, violated probation on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance and first-degree theft (Limestone County Community Corrections Program)

• Zachary Wilson McMeans, 26, of 12271 Lukers Way, Athens, first-degree theft

• Christina Leann Peace, 29, of 1330 O’Shaughnessy Ave. Apt. D, Huntsville, third-degree assault

• Brandy Nicole Romine, 34, of 12937 Snake Road, Athens, first-degree theft

• Christopher Lee Smith, 36, of 17622 Cross Key Road, Athens, failing to pay child support

• Contrail Montoyio Townsend, 41, of 100 E. Sanderfer Road, Apt. 134, Athens, contempt

• Michelle Rena Wallace, 46, of 808 Bryan St., Athens, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no new thefts Tuesday.

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Wayne Donald Davis, 43, of 118 Ash St., Athens, third-degree criminal trespass

• Linda Janette Green, 58, of 803 Horton St., Athens, criminal trespass

• Ashley Ann Lovell, 30, of 286 Maplewood Drive, Madison, invalid insurance

• Danny Joe McCown, 56, of Room 121, Budget Inn, U.S. 31 South, Athens, third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft

• Robert King Moore III, 22, of 17448 Sewell Road, Athens, driving under the influence

• David Walton Thatch Jr., 40, of Tanner, third-degree theft

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Monday:

• Criminal mischief to air-conditioning unit, refrigerator and bathroom, total value $2,500, April 22 in 2400 block U.S. 31 South

• Criminal mischief to Jeep Liberty SUV, value $900, between April 21 and 22 in 1800 block Bellview Drive

• RCA digital TV converter box, two Power Pro fishing lines, total value $96, stolen April 22 at Wal-Mart
