Shea Crawford of Athens and Ben Whitt of Ardmore, Tenn., were married in a 6:30 p.m. ceremony Oct. 5, at The Drop Farm in Athens with Steve Hargrove officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Ken and Regina Crawford of Athens. She is the granddaughter of Buddy and Ruby Smith and Billy and Jewel Crawford.

The groom is the son of Bobby and Cathy Whitt of Ardmore, Tenn. He is the grandson of Jessie Mitchell and the late Bruce Mitchell Sr. and Bob and Juanita Whitt.

A reception followed the ceremony at The Drop Farm.

After a wedding trip to Charleston, S.C., the couple returned home to Ardmore.
