County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Alex Dewayne-James Cunningham, 21, of 22927 Roberts Road, Athens, third-degree burglary

• Jerry Maurice Farrar, 33, of 15651 Shaw Road, Athens, first-degree possession of marijuana

• Jimmy Delmer Haggard, 55, of 2414 U.S. 31 South, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for vehicular homicide

• Gladys Lurleen Haggermaker, 45, of 13404 McCormack Road, Athens, third-degree criminal trespass

• Ricky Lee Haggermaker Jr., 23, of 13404 McCormack Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault) and third-degree domestic violence (menacing)

• Barron Holt, 44, of 710 S. Clinton St., Apt. 421, Athens, no proof of insurance

• Adam Harley Howard, 23, of 21917 Stinnett Hollow Road, Athens, nine counts of second-degree forgery

• Thomas Mark Lake, 47, of 4825 Highway 47, Shelby, grand jury indictment for first-degree theft and first-degree conspiracy theft

• Jason Allen McConnell, 23, of Lester Road, Lester, hold for court

• Dylan Chase Michael, 21, of 541 Jeff Road, Huntsville, hold for court

• Jeremie Daniel Turner, 30, of 24408 Copeland Road, Athens, violated probation on previous convictions for second-degree theft and distribution of a controlled substance

• Felix Garcia Vazquez, 25, of 4509 Triana, Lot 56, Huntsville, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no new thefts Friday.

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Anthony Chad Davis, 20, of 2035 Lindsay Lane, Athens, nine counts of breaking and entering a vehicle

• Stanley Lee Gullett, 40, of 1201 N. Houston St., Athens, driving under the influence of controlled substances

• Robert Charles Phraner, 43, of 611 Maize St., Athens, violation of a protection order

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• Accordian folder with miscellaneous papers and burlap with miscellaneous pins, total value listed $2, stolen Feb. 13 from AAA Mini Storage, 1400 Freeman Ave.

• Five $100 bills and gold medallion necklace, total value $600, stolen between Feb. 13 and 14 in 200 block South Hine Street
