Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Jeremy Dale Adams, 30, of 14882 Chris Way, Lot 27, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance

• Scotty Lee Adams, 38, of 11630 Nancy Lane, Athens, fugitive from justice for manufacturing and promoting methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Courtney Terrell Allen, 32, of 20434 Nuclear Plant Road, Tanner, first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Kenneth James Bennington, 35, of 7739 Smith Camp Road, Adger, second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a revoked license (for Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office)

• U.L. Davis, 57, of 1410 12th St., Athens, bond revoked for previous charge of breaking and entering a vehicle

• Charles Edward Driver, 49, of 3923 Cypress Ave. SW, Huntsville, holding for court

• Devin Allen Falconbury, 25, of 301 Wellington Road, Athens, holding for court

• Michael Shane Garrison, 23, of 2211 Pizitz Drive, Apt. C, Huntsville, holding for court

• Robert Keith Harris, 53, of 323 County Road 374, Hillsboro, holding for court

• Jesse Dale Lewter, 26, of 20550 Upper Fort Hampton Road, Elkmont, disorderly conduct

• Thomas Allen Marlow, 58, of 12496 Elmhurst Drive, Athens, second-degree receiving stolen property

• Jason Ian McDougle, 36, of 19120 Sewell Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of driving under the influence (Limestone County Community Corrections Program)

•  Jamie Lee Nichols, 28, of 26272 Seventh St., Ardmore, bond revoked on previous charge of chemical endangerment

• Curtis Jackson Norman, 30, of 11630 Upper Fort Hampton, Lot 20, Athens, disorderly conduct

• Thomas George Smith Jr., 34, of 11103 Stewart Road, Tanner, second-degree possession of marijuana

• Steven Heath Solomon, 35, of 26077 Fall Way, Ardmore, holding for court

 

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• ELKMONT — Jewelry box with jewelry, six blankets, gun safe, Ryobi brand chain saw and a safe, total value $3,650, burglarized between Aug. 14 and 18 in 18000 block Cave Branch Road 

• ATHENS — Dell brand laptop and jewelry, total value $2,500, burglarized Aug. 21 in 23000 block Holt Road

• MADISON — $40 cash taken during the breaking and entering of a vehicle between Aug. 20 and 21 in 13000 block Dickens Lane

• ATHENS – Three Tiffany lamp shades, Dyson brand vacuum, LG brand 40-inch TV, GE brand refrigerator and Pioneer brand surround sound, total value $2,825, burglarized between July 20 and Aug. 22 at Edgewood Storage on Edgewood Road

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• James Andrew Choate, 68, of 25175 Stateline Road, Ardmore, third-degree theft of property

• Christopher Adam Hudson, 46, of 8600 Myrtlewood Drive, Moss Point, Miss., fugitive from justice

• Tony Keith Routh, 41, of 503 Schilling St., Athens, domestic violence (harassment)

• Ronald Stanley, 55, of 801 Bailey St., Athens, third-degree criminal trespassing

City thefts 

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• Antique vase, valued at $70, stolen Aug. 22 from 600 block South Jefferson Street

• $110 cash stolen Aug. 22 from 100 block Thomas Street
