Brock Philip Turner, son of Philip and Jennifer Turner of Athens, celebrated his third birthday Aug. 18 at a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party.  He is the grandson of Don and Kyle Turner, Curtis Royster and Marcia Royster, all of Athens. His great-grandparents are Ronnie and Carolyn Phillips and Lucille Blackwell, all of Athens. Brock has one sister, Madelyn, 5.
