Megan Morris Evans of Athens and Taylor Evans of Demopolis were married in a 5 p.m. ceremony April 28 at Carillon Beach Meeting House in Carillon Beach, Fla., with Dr. Aaron Johnson officiating. 

The bride is the daughter Larry and Jan Morris of Athens. She is the granddaughter of Catherine Britt and the late Reg Britt and the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Morris.

The groom is the son of Art and Kaye Evans of Demopolis. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. George Franks and Alease Evans and the late Richard Evans.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Matron of honor was Kate Hodges Anderson. Bridal attendants were Rachel Crook Barley and April Bowling Evans.

The flower girl was Mary Bennett Anderson.

Art Evans served as best man. Groomsmen were Scott Evans and Britt Barley.

The ringbearer was Rosston Evans.

A reception followed the ceremony at Carillon Beach Village Green.

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple returned home to Athens.
