County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday and Saturday:
• James Travis Carwile, 31, of 10011 Paradise Shores, Lot 2, Athens, first-degree theft and bond revoked on previous charge of third-degree burglary
• David Wayne Coleman, 51, of 1605 W. Market St., Athens, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia
• William Christopher Elkins, 31, of 26353 Thatch Road, Athens, two counts third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Clayton Charles Hastings, 64, of 20423 Harris Road, Athens, driving under the influence (drugs)
• Juan Carlos Hernandez, 23, of 19361 Airfield St., Lot 77, Athens, improper muffler, two counts driving while license suspended and two counts no proof of insurance
• Nicardo Nakia Jones, 37, of 104 Jodi Drive, Apt. C, Madison, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for DUI
• Justin Colby King, 19, of 16253 Log Cabin Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous conviction for first-degree theft
• Marty Joe Lovell, 47, of 511 1/2 Browns Ferry Road, Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for DUI
• Leopaldo Bernabe Martinez, 25, of 14864 Grubbs Road, Athens, detained for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
• William Francis Ouellette, 36, 22326 Holt Road, Athens, two counts driving while license revoked, two counts no proof of insurance and one count switched tag
• Clifton Charles Robertson, 35, of 400 Jefferson St., Apt. G-2, Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for failing to register as a sex offender
• Dolores Segura-Martinez, 35, of 504 Kennan Road, Huntsville, detained for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
• John Wayne Terrell, 64, of 708 W. Pryor St., Athens, two counts third-degree burglary
• Ashonta Leontrice Turney, 36, of 503 Garrett Drive, Athens, DUI
• Kwamayne Alexander Ginn, 22, of 1408 Wheeler St., Athens, second-degree theft
• Joseph Lee Joines, 31, of 15885 Cannon Road, Elkmont, probation revoked on previous charge of first-degree theft
• David Allen Marrazzzo, 26, of 169 Dexter Circle, Madison, violated probation on previous charge of driving under the influence
• Angela Ruth Norton, 43, of 17909 Hall Road, Athens, violated probation of previous charge of second-degree possession of a forged instrument and probation revoked on previous charge of possession of drug paraphernalia
• Corey Lewis Snell, 24, of 1242 Beltline Road S.W., Decatur, endangering the welfare of a child and driving under the influence
• Randy Dale Thompson, 32, of 21320 Corey James, Lot 96, Elkmont, probation revoked on previous charge of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Friday:
• MADISON — Utility trailer valued at $900 stolen May 9 or 10 from 26000 block Harvest Road
• ATHENS — Garmin brand GPS valued at $200 stolen in 16000 block Log Cabin Road during vehicle break-in between March 12 and April 12
• Schumaker brand battery charger, Rol-Air brand air compressor, framing nailer and John Deere brand lift assist and top link for three-point hitch, total $1,275, stolen from unknown location between May 5 and 9
• ARDMORE — Golf cart valued at $2,500 stolen from 31000 block Alabama 53 between May 8 and 10
• ATHENS — Charter Arms brand .38-caliber handgun valued at $383 stolen from 22000 block Slate Road between April 19 and May 9
• ATHENS — Medication valued at $5 stolen May 10 from Holt Road
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported no arrests or thefts Friday.
