Dinah Kathleen Williams of Athens and Heath Gary Gamble of Rogersville were married in a 2 p.m. ceremony Oct. 15, 2011 at First Baptist Church in Athens with Judge Mike Davis officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Dan and Kay Williams of Athens. She is the granddaughter of the late Jake and Georgia Williams and Ed and Frances Cottrell.

The groom is the son of Gary and Peggy Gamble of Rogersville. He is the grandson of the late Belton and Dessie Barclay and Gifford and Ruby Gamble.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Matron of honor was Whitney Williams Aldridge, sister of the bride. Bridal attendants were Kara Bell Williams,  sister-in-law; Della Stanford Johnson, cousin; Kaleigh Danielle Aldridge, niece; Alexandra Wren Aldridge, niece; and Joy Ellen Whitt, friend.

The junior bridal attendant was Jillian Belle Williams.

Gary Gamble, the groom’s father, served as best man. Groomsmen were Adam Trowbridge and Kyle Reeves, both friends; Daniel Williams and Charles Williams, brothers of the bride; and Allen Aldridge, brother-in-law. Ushers were Asa Aldridge, Luke Williams and Dylan Watson.

Music was provided by Greg Glaze and Mark Whitt.

The guest register was kept by Stacey Halbrooks Estes.

A reception followed the ceremony at First Baptist Family Life Center.

After a wedding trip to Savannah, Ga., the couple returned home to Rogersville.
