Tenleigh Brooke Nicholson, daughter of Courtney Bright and Luke Nicholson, both of Athens, celebrated her first birthday Jan. 21 with friends and family. Her birthday is Jan. 28. She is the granddaughter of Denise and Van Lankster and Steve and Dawn Nicholson, all of Athens, and the late Billy Bright. Her great-grandparents are James and Brenda Oliver and Raymond and Kathryn Bowers, all of Athens, and Jeraldine Bright of Scottsboro.
