Sierra Lynn James, daughter of Michael James and Sonya James of East Limestone, celebrated her fifth birthday Jan. 21 at a watermelon party at the Onyx in Athens. Her birthday is Jan. 17. She is the granddaughter of Randy and Mary Nell Hasting of Athens and Randy and Pam James of East Limestone. Her great-grandparents are Pete and Nellie Hasting of Athens and Mort and Claudette Stevenson of East Limestone. Sierra has two brothers, Sabian, 11, and Syrus, 9.
