Briley Kate Miller, daughter of Jeremy and Brigette Miller of Athens, celebrated her fourth birthday Nov. 20 at a circus party. Her birthday is Nov. 18. She is the granddaughter of Kenny and Rhonda Blythe and Randy and Rhonda Miller, all of Athens. Her great-grandparents are Eathel Hawkins and Maxine Collins, both of Athens, and Gladys Miller of Elkmont. Briley has one brother, Grayson, 1.
