Khloie Inez Michael, daughter of Logan Mencia and Eric Michael of Athens, will celebrate her first birthday Dec. 10 at a ladybug party. Her birthday is Dec. 3. She is the granddaughter of Raul and Tabitha Mencia, Brandon and Wanda Smith and Randy and Glenda Michael.
