Peyton Elise Meredith, daughter of Timmy and Dana Meredith of Athens, will celebrate her eighth birthday today at a face painting party. Her birthday is Nov. 3. She is the granddaughter of L.C. and Debra Gilliland of Athens, Wanda Morgan of Moulton, Robert and Phoenix Ryan of Athens and the late Buster Meredith and Gordon Morgan. Her great-grandparents are Jearldean Bowen and Harold Ryan, both of Athens, and the late Bill Bowen and Doris Ryan.
