County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Monday:
• Harold Dick Rogers, 73, of 16181 Witty Mill Road, Elkmont, public intoxication
• Daniel Clay Vickers Jr., 51, of 11710 Neely Road, Tanner, driving under the influence and no proof of insurance
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• ATHENS — Smith & Wesson brand .44-caliber Magnum valued at $750 stolen Nov. 3 from 17000 block Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, Athens
• ATHENS — Ipod Touch brand portable media player, set of keys and Dell brand laptop computer, total $680, stolen Nov. 3 or 4 from vehicle in 24000 block Lisa Drive
• Gold necklace and coin, total $5,482, stolen Nov. 4 from U.S. 72 at Shaw Road
• ATHENS — Set of keys and package of cigarettes, unknown value, stolen Nov. 4 from vehicle on Chris Way
• HARVEST — Apple iPod brand portable media player, Apple Netbook brand laptop computer, Michael Kors brand watches, platinum ring, white gold wedding set and Polo brand watch, total $5,470, stolen Nov. 4 from 30000 block Nick Davis Road
• ATHENS — Hitachi brand miter saw, Power Horse brand generator, Milwaukee brand skill saw, Porter-Cable brand air compressor, two drills and 35 gallons of diesel fuel, total $1,789, stolen from Riverside Drive between Oct. 21 and 28
• ATHENS — Hydraulic cherry picker, tire machine, scrap iron and two trailer axles, total $1,450, stolen from16000 block Shaw Road between Oct. 16 and Nov. 6
• ATHENS — 9-mm Beretta brand handgun, Sony brand DVD, Nintendo Wii brand game console, two Wii controllers, Wii games and a truck key, total $1,600, stolen during burglary Nov. 5 and 6 from 24000 block Lisa Drive
• ATHENS — Dewalt brand miter saw, Ryobi brand skill saw, four Porter-Cable brand nail guns, box of drill attachments, two clamps and miscellaneous tools, total $965, stolen during burglary in 21000 block Holt Road between Nov. 3 and 6
• Troybilt brand pressure washer, Mako brand electric metal shears, vinyl tools, two boxes of roofing screw, Dewalt air compressor, total $1,075, stolen during burglary at Alabama 53 and Mooresville Road between Oct. 31 and Nov. 6
• ELKMONT — Class ring and piggy bank containing coins, total $245, stolen during burglary Nov. 6 in 15000 block Cannon Road

• Adria Ranelle Harris, 34, of 503 Macbeth, Athens, third-degree theft of property
• Jacob Ryan Flanagan, 31, of 402 N. Jefferson St., No. 13, Athens, third-degree criminal trespass
• Sammie Augusta Fitch, 20, of 1805 Brookmeade Ave., Athens, driver’s license not in possession and driving while license suspended
• Eric Alan Clem, 25, of 22268 Sugar Way Road, Elkmont, driver’s license not in possession and driving while license revoked
• Tomas Castro, 28, of 418 Hargrove St., Athens, driver’s license not in possession, driving without first obtaining a license and hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
• James Blake Slaton, 19, of 1410 N. Malone St., Apt. 110-A, Athens, arrest for Decatur Police Department
• Jeffrey Dale Kilcoyne, 48, of 604 Horton St., Athens, DUI (alcohol)
• Marlicia Raphael Hines, 20, of 19632 Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, Tanner, third-degree theft of property
• Phyllis Lynn Cain, 46, of 19594 Alabama 99, Athens, third-degree theft of property
• Andy Wayne Hawkins, 49, of 928 Fifth Ave., Bessemer, driver’s license not in possession and driving while license suspended

City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• Dell brand laptop computer valued at $650 stolen from 100 block Lexington Drive between Oct. 15 and Nov. 4
• Vehicle tag No. 44B48Y5 valued at $181 stolen from vehicle in 17000 block Leatherwood Drive between Oct. 31 and Nov. 4
• $1,200 in cash stolen Nov. 5 from 1600 block West Market Street
• Level, tools, skill saw, two birth certificates, child support papers, DVD, clothes, grilled-cheese maker and cooler, total $595, stolen from room at Bomar Inn 1101 U.S. 31 South between Nov. 2 and 4
• Facial-hair wax, two bottles of baby oil, panties, Trojan and Trojan Magnum brand condoms, shaving salve, FDS brand spray, jar of acetone, nail-care item and 25 pieces of clothing, total $529, stolen Nov. 5 from Walmart at 1011 U.S. 72 East
• Black, leather wallet containing Citibank credit card, Capital One credit card, cash and driver’s license, total $360, stolen Nov. 6 from 600 block U.S. 31 South
• $200 in cash stolen from 1500 block Calvin Private Drive between Nov. 5 and 7
• Rear and front windshields and passenger-side and driver-side windows, total $500, damaged Nov. 4 due to criminal mischief at Camelot Apartments parking lot on Camelot Drive
• Pickup truck load of red oak firewood, total $500, stolen from 900 block East Hobbs Street between Oct. 24 and Nov. 5
