Kirstie Leigh Clem and William Thomas Corum

Charles and Regina Clem Jr. of Elkmont announce the engagement of their daughter, Kirstie Leigh Clem, to William Thomas Corum, son of Tom and Tracy Corum III of Florence.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Charles and Martha Ann Clem Sr. and Mary Ann Wilkins, all of Elkmont, and the late Paul Wilkins Jr.

She is a 2007 graduate of Elkmont High School. She is currently attending the University of North Alabama where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in secondary general education in general science.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Tom and Mary Corum Jr. of Athens and Cecil Angel and Sandra Angel of Florence.

He is a 2007 graduate of Brooks High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. He is employed by Intergraph as an accountant.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 6 at Annabella at Cedar Glen in Huntsville.
