Chloe Isabel Cobb, daughter of Shelley Cobb and Chris and Katey Vance, all of Athens, will celebrate her seventh birthday Saturday with a princess swim party. Her birthday is July 14. Chloe is the granddaughter of Linda and Henry Cobb of Athens, Judy Vance of Montgomery and the late Winford Vance. She is the great-grandchild of Thelma Bonner of Indiana. Chloe has one brother, Christopher, 5, and two sisters, Brooklyn, 8, and Kalynda, 1.
