Brandon Paul McCuiston and Jessica Ann Ferguson

Charles and Rhonda Ferguson of Athens announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Ann Ferguson, to Brandon Paul McCuiston, son of Tim and Cathy McCuiston of Athens.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Calvin and Cathy Wilson and Jim and Carylon Williams, all of Athens.

She is a 2009 graduate of Way Home Christian School.

She is employed by Sweet Peppers as a cashier.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Don and Linda McCuiston and Barbara Hamman, all of Athens and the late Henry Hamman.

He is a 2004 graduate of Athens High School and a 2008 graduate of Calhoun Community College where he received an Associate of Science degree in criminal justice. He is a 2008 graduate of the Jacksonville State Police Academy.

He is employed by the Athens Police Department as a police officer.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 20 at First Baptist Church.
