Kirsten Wiley and Blake Moffatt

Mr. and Mrs. Joel Wiley of Meridianville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kirsten Wiley to Blake Moffatt, son of Matthew Moffatt and Joy Moffatt of Athens.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ruth Whitt and Bobbie Wiley and the late Ralph Whitt and Charles Wiley.

She is a 2008 graduate of Hazel Green High School and is attending the University of Alabama Birmingham where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Earline Cleveland and the late Wayne Cleveland, Louise Moffatt and Almanzo Leroy Moffatt.

He is a 2008 graduate of West Limestone High School and is attending the University of Alabama Birmingham where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology.

The wedding is planned for May 7 at First Baptist Church in Meridianville.
