Limestone County schools will remain closed Friday due to poor conditions on rural roads. Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. Schools will re-open Tuesday.

All 12-month employees should report for work.

Athens City Schools, Athens Bible School, Faith Christian Academy remain open.

Athens State University and Calhoun Community College remain open.
