The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Michele Denise Gary-Hunt, 46, of 216 Crossrail Circle, Harvest, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Christina Lee Jarrett, 19, of 18869 Crosskey Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

• Donald Edwin Peek, 55, of 24196 Hold Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Rohn Everett Pruett, 56, of 16808 Buckskin Drive, Athens, third-degree domestic violence  (harassment)

 

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Monday:

• One Sanyo flat-screen television valued at $400 stolen Dec. 9 from the 25000 block of Alabama 251

• A coffee can with cash and coins, one gold chain and four pocket knives valued at $1,400 stolen in a burglary Dec. 10 from the 11000 block of Rosebud Lane

• One car tag valued at $26 stolen between Dec. 2-11 from the 19000 block of Tillman Mill Road

• A Comfort Zone deer stand valued at $125 stolen between Dec. 1-11 from wooded area off Nick Davis and Meadows roads

• A 12-gauge shotgun valued at $50 stolen in a burglary Dec. 11 in the 26000 block of Pepper Road

• One 13-round Glock magazine and one box of .40-caliber ammunition valued at $27 stolen during a vehicle break-in in the 28000 block of Thatch Road

• Prescription medications with an undetermined dollar amount stolen Dec. 11 from the 28000 block of Brock Road

• Eight to 10 firearms with an undetermined dollar value stolen between Dec. 11-12 from the 19000 block of Piney Chapel Road

• A 2006 Kawasaki dirt bike valued at $1,500 stolen between Dec. 11-12 from the 27000 block of Bain Road

• A homemade utility trailer, diamond plate tool box, four aluminum rims, a Yamaha 350 dirt bike and a Kawasaki 200 dirt bike valued at $3,475 stolen between Dec. 2-12 from the 23000 block of Norman Lane

• One tractor battery valued at $60 stolen between Dec. 11-12 from an undetermined location on Alabama 251

 

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Veronica Lynn Wise, 24, of 212 Texas St., Athens, public intoxication, bond revoked on previous conviction for third-degree theft of property

• Willis O’Brien Grizzard, 26, of 1713 Menefee Road, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana

• David Eugene Wales, 24, of 409 Marion St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Seth Thomas Robinson, 34, of 18135 Sulphur Creek Drive, Elkmont, possession of a controlled substance and DUI (controlled substance)

• Randall Cortez Timmons, 30, of 1700 Bellview Drive, Athens, driving with suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, resisting arrest and probation revocation

• Steven Dewayne Adams, 32, of 24238 Bain Road, DUI (alcohol)

• Ashley Nicole Meredith, 26, of 1614 Elkton Road, Athens, third-degree theft of property

 

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:

• Four beef loin strip steaks, one pair of Remington gloves, one pair of Dickies black pants and a Zodiak mountain bike, total value $61.95, stolen Dec. 10 from Walmart, 1011 U.S. 72 East

• $3 in change and New York and Company gift card with no value stolen Dec. 9 from the 200 block of South Jefferson Street

• Two Chevrolet Astro vans valued at $3,500 each stolen between  Nov. 6 and 10 from 1500 block of U.S. 72 East

• Four clothing items valued at $65.96 stolen Dec. 11 from Burke’s Outlet, 605 U.S. 72 West

• $200 in currency and tableware (no value determined) stolen June 1 and Dec. 12 from a residence in the 300 block of Hastings Road

• A Toyota Camry, no value given, and 11 make-up products valued at $45 stolen Dec. 12 from the 17000 block of Highway 72 West
