Kynslee Paige Owens, daughter of David and Brittny Owens of Athens, celebrated her first birthday Nov. 20 at a Lil’ Cupcake party. Her birthday is Nov. 24. She is the granddaughter of Frankie and Carol Lee and Gary and Darlene Owens, all of Athens. Her great-grandparents are Benton and Gayle Ball and Hazel Teague, all of Athens, and the late Betty Ball, Price and Hester Lee, Joseph Teague and Doe and Grace Owens. Kynslee has one sister, Jayden, 3.
