Lillian Elizabeth Rigney, daughter of Billy and Meria Rigney of Athens, celebrated her first birthday Oct. 31 at a Halloween party at Yesterdays Event Center. She is the granddaughter of Glenn and Dianne Hall and Linda Fizer, all of Athens, and the late Bill Spence.
