Josie Lynne Stovall, the daughter of Todd and Christie Stovall of Toney, celebrated her first birthday Oct. 2 at home with friends and family under a circus tent. She is the granddaughter of Kathy and Larry Sims and Tommy and Barbara Hudson, all of Athens, Dwight Stovall of Toney and the late Nancy Stovall. Her great-grandparents are Christine Hudson and James and Josephine Dugger, all of Athens, and the late Thomas A. Hudson.
