The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Monday:
• Demetrius Obrian Beverly, 27, of 2103 Southline Drive, Huntsville, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Karman Gabriel Costanzo, 18, 14446 Sloan Road, Athens, obstruction of government operations.
• Bradley Charles Hudick, 18, 26615 Denbo Cir., Harvest, illegal possession of prohibited liquor.
• Brian Kenneth Martinez, 27, 23810 Norman Lane, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (assault)
• April Leann McGough, 24, 18105 Hightower Road, Athens, first-degree theft by deception.
• Jay Jay McKinney, 36, 17020 Blakers Way, Apt. 12, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment).
• Marlon Juan Perez, 26, Courtney Road, Apt. 46, Decatur, DUI.
• Salvador Tellez Rios, 21, 20227 Holt Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
• Nathan Henry Rodriguez, 21, 503 Horton St., Athens, DUI.
• Melinda Marie Tyler, 29, 1706 Rogers St., Athens, public intoxication.
• Artis Jerome White, 39, 139 Forrest Lane, Meridianville, unauthorized use of vehicle, third-degree burglary.
• Michael Lee Craft, 22, 27243 Cedar Hill Road, Ardmore, attempting to elude authorities.
• Shelly Deann Frazier, 29, 537 Liberty Circle, Prospect, Tenn., second-degree theft by deception on a Mobile County warrant.
• Justin Kyle Merriner, 23, 23000 Pin Oak Drive, Athens, first-degree illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Joshua Daniel Pierce, 25, 134 Steele Drive, Madison, DUI.

• Bradley Wade Gatlin, 31, of 20611 Harris Loop, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence, driving under the influence.
• Juan Salinas, 18, 1404 Malone St., Athens, DUI, second-degree illegal possession of marijuana.
• Marty Joe Lovell, 46, 407 Swan Drive. Athens, DUI.
• Rohn Everett Pruett, 56, 16808 Buckskin Drive, Athens, third-degree criminal trespass.
• Eric Donnell Miller, 40, 330 Moses Chapel Road, Madison, DUI.
• Francisco Guiterrez-Vela, 26, 406 Fifth Avenue, Athens, DUI.
• José Antonio Goytia, 28, 810 N. Clinton St., Athens, obstructing government operations, giving a false name to law officers.

City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• $275 was taken from 308 Swan Drive.
• 2007 Lexus valued at $2,800 was taken from U.S. 72 and Mooresville Road.
• Samsung cell phone valued at $200 was taken from 908 S. Jefferson Street.
• .380 semi valued at $300 was taken from 808 Malone Street.
• Kenwood 12-inch speakers in gray box valued at $200 was taken from 805 Malone Street.
• 1984 Buick Lesabre with 22-inch rims valued at $900 was taken from 1419 Elm Street.
• Pioneer compact disc player valued at $150, Audio Enhav box valued12-inch box valued at $80, Sony amp valued at $140 and 12-inch Sony Xplode speaker valued at $100 were taken from 308 5th Avenue.
• Large Dominos Pizza valued at $14 was stolen at 1700 Elkton Street.
• T-Mobile My Touch cell phone valued at $429 was taken from 306 5th Avenue.
• $190 was taken from 1700 Elkton Street.
• Vehicle license plate valued at $5 was taken from 1101 N. Madison Street.
• $500 was taken from 502 N. Hines Street.
• Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, JC Penny, Discover, Belks, Dillards credits cards, $25, and a wallet valued at $25 were taken from 1011 U.S. 72.
Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported no admissions and no discharges Monday.
