Briggs Brown, the son of Brent and Sissy Brown of Athens, is celebrating his third birthday today at a farm party. He is the grandson of John and Cathy Baugher of Athens and Keith and Debra Brown of Tuscumbia. His great-grandparents are Sarah Brown of Tuscumbia, Beulah Baugher of Athens and Evelyn Cole of Madison. Briggs has one brother, Barrett, 7.
