Star Elizabeth Evans, daughter of Marcus and Tiffany Evans of Athens, celebrated her first birthday Sept. 4 at an Auburn War Eagle party. Her birthday is Sept. 2. She is the granddaughter of Mark and Misti Evans, John and Michelle Carroll and Darlene and Ralph Colwell, all of Athens. Her grandparents are Barbara Wallace, James Carroll and Evenelle Morris. Star has two brothers, Jacob, 4, and Bobby, 2.
