Wedding – Gilbert-Huggins

Holly Joanna Gilbert and Matthew Riley Huggins, both of Athens, were married in a 2:30 p.m. ceremony May 28 at Two Rivers Condominium at the Pointe with Horace Huggins officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Grant and Mitzi Gilbert of Athens. She is the granddaughter of Wade and Wanda Gilbert of Athens and the late Emmett and Evelyn Coriell.
The groom is the son of Mike and Jackie Huggins of Athens. He is the grandson of Horace and Doris Huggins of Athens and the late Judge and Mrs. Jack Riley.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The matron of honor was Jessica Claxton Raley. Bridal attendants were Sara Glenn Black, Amy Lomax, Loren Brackeen Fielder, Alison Robison Burrell, Morgan Gilbert, Holly Huggins Cole and Laura Claxton.
Emmilyn and Lilly Burrell were the bell ringers.
The flower girl was Clair Sandlin.
The best men were Mike Huggins and John Michael Huggins. Groomsmen were Dustin Hall, Wes Gossett, Barrett Gilbert, Ben Gilbert, Adam Cole and Kevin Fielder and the ushers were Justin Seamon, Steven Wilson, Craig Fielder and Michael Pontal.
The ringbearer was Jack Irby.
Music was provided by Billy and Barbara Ingram.
Lane Laxson Aderholt directed the ceremony.
The guest register was kept by Abigale Gilbert and Emory Gilbert.
A reception followed the ceremony at Two Rivers Condominium at the Pointe.
After a wedding trip the couple returned home to Athens.
