Leah Paige Beutjer of Athens and Joshua Bryan Bredeson of Harvest were married in a 6 p.m. ceremony July 31 at Val-Monte Lakeside Resort in Guntersville with Paul Johnson officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Debbie Tucker and Mark and Janet Beutjer, all of Athens.

Her grandparents are Charles and Joyce Tucker, Hester Thornton and Dewayne Gilliam and the late William Beutjer, Irene Beutjer Gilliam and D.H. Thornton.

The groom is the son of James E. and Starla B. Hamlett of Harvest. His grandparents are Rebecca Bredeson of Harvest and Gerald and Gwyn Bredeson of Eva.

The bride was given in marriage by her dad, Mark B. Beutjer.

The maid of honor was Amy Eskew. Bridal attendants were Tasha Richardson and Amanda Mason. The flower girls were Kyndall Joy Bredeson, daughter of the bride, Macie Cheyenne Bredeson, daughter of the groom, and Kolaia Love.

The best man was Joshua Bredeson, son of the groom, and groomsmen were Jordan Bredeson, son of the groom, Chad Grover, and Will Beutjer, brother of the bride.

Music was provided by Robbie Billups. A reception followed the ceremony at Val-Monte Lakeside Resort.

After a wedding trip to the beach, the couple returned home to Harvest.
