County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Terry Len Adams, 47, of 10005 Sandlin Cemetery Road, Athens, driving under the influence (drugs)
• Jason William Andrews, 36, of 27728 Saddle Trail Road, Toney, DUI, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest
• Jason Carnell Dicks, 38, of 4127 Bailey Acres Circle, Meridian, Miss., failing to pay child support
• Monico Laia Pinales, 44, of 27623 Jennings Chapel Road, Toney, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Robert Dwayne Pollard, 45, of 446 Horsecove Road, Gurley, failing to pay child support (sentenced to serve 25 days)
• Stanley Wayne Stephens, 54, of 700 S. Clinton St., Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for six counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• 24-foot extension ladder, 16-foot extension ladder, Craftsman brand air compressor and Ryobi brand reciprocating saw, total value $660, stolen during burglary in 23000 block Alabama 251 between Friday and Sunday
• Computer stand and chair, nightstand and painting tools, total value $700, stolen during burglary in 18000 block Oakdale Road between March 1 and Monday
• $100 cash stolen during burglary Monday in 23000 block U.S. 72 East
• Billfold containing credit and ID cards of undetermined value stolen Monday from parking lot in shopping center at East Limestone and Capshaw roads
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Justin Charles Brown, 25, homeless, third-degree theft
• Larquis Delmar Crutcher, 21, of 500 Elkton St., Apt. G-21, Oakleaf, Athens, second-degree criminal mischief
• Gretchen Grub Maund, 51, of 1235 Autobound Lane, Apt. 105, Athens, (Cullman County Sheriff’s Department warrant)
• Ronald Stanley, 52, of 101 Scotland Drive, Athens, criminal trespass
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• 35-millimeter camera, clock radio, window and frame, total value $1,035, stolen or damaged during burglary at 320 Brookhill Drive between Friday and Monday
• Counterfeit $100 bill received Saturday at Publix Supermarket at 22031 U.S. 72 East
• $100 in cash stolen Friday from 1212 Kelli Drive
• Bottle of clozapine antipsychotic medication valued at $45 stolen Monday from 102 Coffman Circle
• Junior dome tent and Shakespeare brand fishing kit, total value $36, stolen Monday from Walmart at 1011 U.S. 72 East
• Emerson brand 42-inch, flat-screen television, Xbox 360 game console, two Xbox games, jewelry and a door, total value $1,455, stolen or damaged during burglary Monday at 210 Cloverleaf Drive, Apt. 1

Athens-Limestone Hospital reported one admission and one discharge Tuesday.
