Katherine Anna Kuykendall of Athens and William Brent Harbin of Athens were married in a 7:30 p.m. ceremony July 25, 2009, at The Westin at Bridge Street Town Centre with Robert Hendrix officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Allison Kuykendall of Athens. Her grandparents are Robert and Joy Hendrix of Huntsville, and the late Elam and Mary Goff Kuykendall.

The groom is the son of Debbie Harbin of Athens and the late Daryl Harbin. His grandparents are Marie Harbin, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Rager, all of Athens, the late Becky Rager, and the late William Elliott Harbin.

The bride was given in marriage by Wayne Kuykendall.

Matron of honor was Emily Tanksley. Bridal attendants were Johanna Curtis, Melessa Hood, Lindsey Walton, Amy Flatt, and Jennifer Flatt. Junior bridesmaid was Taylor Flatt. The flower girls were Elli Jarrett and Ella Harbin.

Jake Ridinger served as best man. Groomsmen were Chad Harbin, Matt Lovell, Jarod Tanksley, Matt Sirten, and Scott Flatt. Junior groomsman was Tyler Flatt. Ushers were Joe Craver and Heath Robison. The ringbearers were Reagan Flatt and Grayson Harbin.

Music was provided by harpist Judy Prestage. The guest register was kept by Abbie Melvin.

After a wedding trip to Seaside, Fla., the couple returned home to Athens.
